Point Area Bicycle Service is holding a sweepstakes to give away a brand new bicycle to one lucky winner. John Pawlak, the mastermind behind PABS, is calling it the Super Mega Radical Bicycle Giveaway.
You can stop by PABS (1311 Strongs Ave between Main and Clark in downtown Stevens Point) and submit your entry between now and March 9. On March 10, one entry will be drawn randomly and that person will win a 2015 SE Racing Draft bike worth over $300.
Pawlak was the creator of the Bicycle Adventure Extravaganza this past September. If you were among the over 110 participants, then you should be well aware that the Super Mega Radical Bicycle Giveaway will be nothing less than Super Mega Radical.
If you missed the Extravaganza, you can see lots of pictures while reading all about it here. And then you’ll simply want to head right over to PABS and signup for the Super Mega Radical Bicycle Giveaway.
According to the official rules, entry is restricted to those 18 and over who are either residents of Portage County or students at either UWSP or MSTC Stevens Point. Entrants must be able to produce a valid state ID with a Portage County address or else a current student ID for UWSP or MSTC Stevens Point. The sweepstakes is free, no purchase is necessary to enter, and only one entry is allowed per person. For all the details, you can read the sweepstakes official rules here.
Visit the PABS website for store hours and other info. I wonder if Pawlak will have some sort of fun in-store event on March 10 during which the prize drawing will be held. I don’t know about this, but keep an eye on the PABS website just in case.
Good luck to all Poky Pedalers who enter the drawing. Have a Super Mega Radical day.
