All Poky Pedals are free. Some will stop at stores selling food or other items – whether or not you buy anything is up to you, but bring cash if you want to make a purchase.

Poky Pedaling Potluck Picnic
Meet at 5:15 PM at Goerke Park near entrance to pool, ride at 5:30 PM
Less than 5 mile ride to a mystery park location
Bring food or drink to share (no alcohol), or bring cash for the food store stop
Cups/plates/utensils will be available, but you are encouraged to bring your own
Return ride to Goerke Park around dusk – front light and rear reflector encouraged

Whatever Happened to Mosey Creek?
Parts 1 and 2
Meet at 12:45 PM at Schmeeckle Visitor Center parking lot, ride at 1PM
Learn the history of one of Stevens Point’s most infamous landmarks. The story will span from the land acquisition in the 1830’s from the Menominee to the recent restoration project in Schmeeckle Reserve. The story will be told over the course of a 13 mile loop taking about 4 hours. For those who do not have time for the complete ride/story in one day, there is an option to do the second half on Sunday.

Meet at 12:45 PM at Schmeeckle Visitor Center parking lot, ride at 1PM
For those who chose to leave halfway through yesterday’s ride/story, this ride will pick up where we left off and finish the story.
