All Poky Pedals are free. Some will stop at stores selling food or other items – whether or not you buy anything is up to you, but bring cash if you want to make a purchase.

August 21 Tuesday
Poky Pedaling Potluck Picnic (final one for 2012)
Meet at 5:15 PM at Goerke Park near entrance to pool, ride at 5:30 PM
Less than 5 mile ride to a mystery park location
Bring food or drink to share (no alcohol), or bring cash for the food store stop
Cups/plates/utensils will be available, but you are encouraged to bring your own
Return ride to Goerke Park around dusk – front light and rear reflector encouraged

August 25 Saturday (rain date: August 26 Sunday)
Tiny Museum Ride
Meet at 12:45 PM at Goerke Park near entrance to pool, ride at 1PM
Get cultured on this sample of local tributes to History, Nature, Art, and Science. We will visit 3 or 4 of Stevens Point’s numerous tiny museums. At each, we’ll spend a bit of time exploring what they have to offer. A slow 8 mile loop bicycle ride on calm streets and multiuse paths.
