All Poky Pedals are free. Some will stop at stores selling food or other items – whether or not you buy anything is up to you, but bring cash if you want to make a purchase.

August 20 Tuesday
Poky Pedaling Potluck Picnic
Meet at 5:15 PM at Goerke Park near entrance to pool, ride at 5:30 PM
Slow under 5 mile ride to a mystery park location – different on each ride
Bring food or drink to share (no alcohol), or bring cash for the food store stop
Plates/utensils/cups are provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own
Return ride to Goerke Park around dusk – front light and rear reflector encouraged

August 24 Saturday (rain date: August 25 Sunday)
Poke Around Ride – East of I-39
Meet at 12:45 PM at Iverson Park near slide set in north lot, ride at 1PM
A scenic, historical, and whimsical exploration of our urban landscape. We’ll ponder a rather unusual historical stone marker, scope out an artistic chimney, and visit the Field of Dreams. A slow 13 mile loop bicycle ride on calm streets and non-motorized paths. We will have the option to stop at a park about halfway through, so you are welcome to bring a snack to enjoy there.
