All Poky Pedals are free. Some will stop at stores selling food or other items – whether or not you buy anything is up to you, but bring cash if you want to make a purchase.

July 9 Wednesday
Poky Pizza Pedal
Meet at 5:15 PM at Point Area Bike Service (1311 Strongs Ave), ride at 5:30 PM
Free air in your tires, followed by a slow 4 mile urban loop ride
Ends at a downtown pizza place for enjoying food, beverage, and socializing

July 15 Tuesday
Poky Pedaling Potluck Picnic
Meet at 5:15 PM at Goerke Park near entrance to pool, ride at 5:30 PM
Slow under 5 mile ride to a mystery park location – different on each ride
Bring food or drink to share (no alcohol), or bring cash for the food store stop
Plates/utensils/cups are provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own
Return ride to Goerke Park around dusk – front light and rear reflector encouraged

July 19 Saturday (rain date: July 20 Sunday)
Tiny Museum Ride
Meet at 12:45 PM at Goerke Park near entrance to pool, ride at 1 PM
Get cultured on this sample of local tributes to history, nature, art, and science. We will visit 3 or 4 of Stevens Point’s numerous tiny museums. At each, we’ll spend a bit of time exploring what they have to offer. The tiny museums we visit will be different from those on the August 2012 version of this ride. A slow 8 mile loop bicycle ride on calm streets and multiuse paths.
