All Poky Pedals are free. Some will stop at stores selling food or other items – whether or not you buy anything is up to you, but bring cash if you want to make a purchase.

May 13 Wednesday
Poky Pizza Pedal
Meet at 5:15 PM at Point Area Bike Service (1311 Strongs Ave), ride at 5:30 PM
Free air in your tires, followed by a slow 4 mile urban loop ride
Ends at a downtown pizza place for enjoying food, beverage, and socializing

Poky Pedaling Potluck Picnic
Meet at 5:15 PM at Goerke Park near entrance to pool, ride at 5:30 PM
Slow under 5 mile ride to a mystery park location – different on each ride
Bring food or drink to share (no alcohol)
Plates/utensils/cups are provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own
Return ride to Goerke Park around dusk – front light and rear reflector/light encouraged

Bike to Shop Day Bingo Ride
Meet at 12:45 PM at Iverson Park near Green Circle gravel path, ride at 1 PM
In celebration of Bike to Shop Day in central Wisconsin, this special Poky Pedal incorporates a shopping-based Bingo game as we slowly travel calm streets and non-motorized paths to many popular shopping locations in the Stevens Point area.
Actually, there will be two Bingo games: one based on a short 8-mile loop option, and another based on the full 15-mile loop option. Special one-of-a-kind prizes will be given to the winners of each Bingo game.
Bike to Shop Day is a variant on the more highly publicized Bike to Work Day and Bike to School Day. The first Bike to Shop Day event took place in May 2014 in California. To my knowledge, Stevens Point is the second community in the US to celebrate Bike to Shop Day. You won’t want to miss sharing Bike Fun on this history-making Poky Pedal.

TGIF Dessert Ride
Meet at 7 PM at Stevens Point downtown square, ride at 7:15 PM
A 3-mile evening ride along the Wisconsin River to Bukolt Park and back
Ends at a dessert place close to our starting location
Front light and rear reflector/light encouraged
