All Poky Pedals are free. Some will stop at stores selling food or other items – whether or not you buy anything is up to you, but bring cash if you want to make a purchase.

Influential Citizen Ride
Meet at 12:45 PM at Pfiffner Park duck pond footbridge, ride at 1 PM
Visit locations honoring historical figures who shaped Stevens Point. We’ll visit 10 places named after prominent residents of our city who were voted “Stevens Point’s Ten Most Influential Citizens” during Stevens Point’s sesquicentennial celebration. At each, a brief biography will be shared indicating their role in making Stevens Point a better place to live, work, learn, and play. This slow 13-mile loop bicycle ride on calm streets and non-motorized paths is an encore Poky Pedal from 2013.
October 4 Saturday (rain date: October 5 Sunday)
Maple Ride
Meet at 12:45 PM at Little Plover River Park near tennis courts, ride at 1PM
A colorful fall day seeking out streets named “Maple”. This year we will ride south through the Village of Plover. A slow 8-mile loop bicycle ride on calm streets and non-motorized paths. We will stop at a park about halfway through, so you are welcome to bring a snack to enjoy there.
